How can I make the Customer Portal of Service Desk show "all requests" related to a project and not only "My request".

Vi want to make a Customer Portal that shows all incidents on a customer, but we would also like the customer to have several logins to the portal, and as I see it, the can only see the requests they made them selves or the ones at leat, where they have been set as reporter. So how do I give them the full overview on each login?

Hi, that's a very common question. There're some issues on jira.atlassian.com (or support.atlassian.com, dont remember) related to your question.
Now it is not available.
We're waiting for this feature too.
