How can I make a "Release Manager" so that only one or two people are allowed to Release a Version on a Kanban board?

Only people with Manage sprints permission are allowed to release versions on Kanban board, so if you creates a Permission Scheme with differents permissions according Project Roles, and then assign people to each Project Role, you can control this.
