How can I know which issues have changed its security level?

I need to update only issues which security level hasn't been changed.

 

How can I do that in JQL?

Begoña, you might want to comment/vote on this JIRA issue:

               CHANGED JQL for built-in custom-field types and ALL JIRA's Field

I'm thinking that this would give you what you are looking for.

As I know this is not possible. WAS operator is not used for Security Level in JQL
