How can I install the capture browser extension behind a firewall? I need a download of the extension(s).

The link mentioned in a similar question from 2012 installs the extension, it does not provide the option to save it.  I need a download.

The download is provided from the JIRA server itself. If your user's can access JIRA Capture, then they can access the download link. What browser are you using?

No, the JIRA server is behind the firewall. The download link just returns a 404 error since it can't access the internet.
