How can I hide my Jira projects from being publicly visible?

Greg Tracy September 10, 2012

It appears as though all of our projects are visible publicly (without being signed in).

Is there a configuration setting to change this?

Make sure the "Browse permission" is available only to logged in users.

Thanks, Jobin. Turns out the browsing of projects and tickets is locked down correctly. It's the saved queries/filters that don't seem to follow this permission.

The following path is open...

I can confirm that but you don't can't do anything with those filters unless you log in. BTW I can only see those filters that have been shared with "Everyone".
