How can I give access within a project to only specific issues ?

Birgit Kunze October 27, 2017

I have one project for several customers to create and follow issues. One customer should only see the issues they have created and not from the others and we of course can see all issues. What is the best way to do this ?

Hi!

Better way is combine issue security level and permission scheme please, read below:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/configuring-issue-level-security-802592414.html

Small article about all security layers:

I mean you need set security level, where include reporter and assignee, and set your developer group or role.

I hope it will help for you.

I will be happy if you click vote and answer accepted:)
