How can I get a report of worklogged on each issue by person?

I would like a report by user of the work they logged by issue or at least by component.  I cannot find a report that does that.

That is the problem I have more than one person logging work on the same issue which makes sense sometime you need different people or people that work together on different subjects

You can try using 'Workload Pie Chart' dashboard gadget, with Statistic Type: Assignee and Time field to report on : Time spent.

Assumption is that only the assignee logs the work for a particular issue.
