How can I generate weekly utilization reports for each of my staff on project teams?

I actually found my answer just a few minutes ago. In tempo planner, actual hours worked / required hours in a given week or Month = staff utilization. (In my case my definition is actual hours coded in the staff's timesheet!). Thanks!

How do you define utilization? Hours worked on tickets? Closed tickets?
