We created a new mailbox for Jira at our own domain.
Emails sent to this mailbox are nice imported. But we also want to move mails sent to other mailboxes of ours to this new mailbox.
If we do so, Jira does not import them they are left unopened in the inbox
Verify that the "reply to" addresses on the emails have a (and only one) Jira user associated with them. Jira will only process mails that it can map to a valid user unless you enable the "Create User" feature on the mail handler. The users also need to have Browse Project and Create Issue permissions on the Project that the mail handler is configured to use.
