I just got a email forwarded from our support team from someone who contacted perplexed because they received a JIRA Account Created email and they didn't know why. We do have email account creation enabled but I have searched high and low and I can't find a ticket associated with this new user. Is there anywhere in the logs I can look to find out how a user was created or by whom?
