How can I find all of the comments from a user in OnDemand?

Is there any way to find all of the comments made by a particular user?  To get a list of the issues on which they've commented?

If, for example, you have a user who has been inappropriate, how can you find all of the places they posted comments?

You can't delete a user who has reported, been assigned or commented on any issue.  Finding the issues they've reported or been assigned is easy.  A simple filter finds all of those.  But is there any way to get a list of the issues they've commented on?

Not in onDemand. On the downloaded version, you can use plugins like JQL Tricks but that is not an option in onDemand.
