JIRA Command Line Interface using getUserList 

--action getUserList --group "my group"

Use version 3.7 as there is a bug affecting this action in 3.8.

There is no export option from user interface. An ugly workaround will be to just navigate to the group, click on the user count to see the users and then copy the whole users and paste it in Excel. Each row in the user interface will be copied into the Excel sheet as a row!
