In this moment, I don't have the "edit" option to edit my Incidents. I see that it is possible in the demo video, but I don't have this option in my list.. What I can do? Thks
The most likely reasons:
1. You do not have "edit" permission, granted in the permission scheme for the project
2. The issue is closed - there's a flag on stauts that blocks "edit" if it is set. By default, it's set on the Closed status.
