How can I enable Agile in Jira Software

Dear all,

I want to activate the JIRA Agile Add-on in JIRA Software 7.3 but unable to. Could you please help me and guide me what I Need to do?

Nope, not going to happen.  The Agile Add-on does not work on JIRA 7+

It is entirely replaced by the JIRA Software application.  If you're running JIRA Software, you have all the Agile functionality.  If you're running JIRA Core, then look under admin -> manage applications and you can add it there.
