How can I edit the issue details view section to add the filed at details section for service desk project

You should be able to control visible fields for issue details by defining the screen associated with the 'View Issue' action, as described in Associating a Screen with an Issue Operation. It's worth noting that custom fields won't show up, even if they're assigned to the 'View Issue' screen, if they do not contain a value - once the field is populated with data, it should show up on the screen.
