I have project with enabled service desk, but I have to create some tickets by myself, in this case customer doesn't see status updates on his help desc board. I found an option that I have to add "Customer Request Type" field, but I can't it says "This field type cannot be shown - you must provide a preset value"
Any solution for that?

If you create an issue and you need a customer to see updates on the issue then you need to add him as a request participant.
