How can I correct this error message so my field shows?

The field 'Time Tracking' does not have value for issue FMLIOS-2 and will not be displayed on the view issue page. Set value for that field so that it shows up.

Does the Time Tracking field exist on the Create/Edit screen? If not then you need to add it to that screen and also the Default one in order to see it.

If it is on the screen it will only be displayed if it has a value.
