How can I connect to JIRA support representative directly?

It's very important for me to connect to JIRA support representative. But, I can't find any way to reach a representative. Please help.

The support request is your route to Atlassian support (unless you have premium support, in which case the paperwork you've had from that will have the phone number, and the agreement number you'll need to quote)

Have you tried opening a support request in https://support.atlassian.com ?

Then you should be already in contact with a Support representative unless your ticket it is still unassigned.

Can you please share the ticket number for details?
