It's very important for me to connect to JIRA support representative. But, I can't find any way to reach a representative. Please help.
The support request is your route to Atlassian support (unless you have premium support, in which case the paperwork you've had from that will have the phone number, and the agreement number you'll need to quote)
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Then you should be already in contact with a Support representative unless your ticket it is still unassigned.
Can you please share the ticket number for details?

I have found the ticket and I have assigned it to myself. Please see the last comment on the ticket.
