I see how I can very easily configure an Issue Detail View with a JIRA board (https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/configuring-the-issue-detail-view), but that same flexibility does not seem to be available with Service Desk issues. Specifically, I'm looking to edit the dates and people listed on the issue page. Is there another work-around for this?
