How can I change the standard assignee of my projects???

I set a standard assignee when I created my project, but now I cannot find an option to change it. I want to set the standard assignee to "not assigned".

I'm using JIRA cloud

Go to Roles in your Project. Below the project lead you can set the default assignee.

And you need to check your component, if you use the project default or someone else as assignee
