How can I change the 5 secs timeout in the Issue Collector submit message?

I am using the Issue Collector form in JIRA Software version 7.1.9 and I find that the 5 secs that JIRA allows to read the pop-up message, after submitting the form, is not enough. I would like to increase the timeout to give more time to read the message.
How can I accomplish this?
