How can I assign permission for the users that report an issue can close it?

I have been trying to grant the permission for my users can close issue that are reported by them, but the system does not allow me to do so

The reporter field would work if this were a plain Jira project (or Software)

It is not, it's a Service Desk project, where only *agents* can close an issue.
