How can I assign multiple customer (users) to a Company Name? (Service Desk)

We use JIRA Service Desk.  We have multiple users (customer) account created by having their first name, last name and email address.  We like to have Company Name assigned to each customer account.  i.e. I can have 5 customer users creating tickets, but we like to have Same company name assigned to those 5 users.

Please advise on solution.
