How can I assign a JIRA licence if the page to do so is broken?

Daniel Schealler November 26, 2017

I am trying to upgrade JIRA.

Before my upgrade I paid for my licence to be updated, thinking that this was enough to make my licence valid. Turns out it's not.

Now, after my upgrade, I am stuck.

https://jira.flow.net.nz/ shows the error message.

https://jira.flow.net.nz/secure/ConfirmNewInstallationWithOldLicense!default.jspa is supposed to be the form I can use to enter in new licence details. But it's broken.

And now I've discovered that I can't get support because we're on the starter licence.

However, the entire reason I'm doing an upgrade in the first place is so we can migrate to the Cloud and go beyond the base 10 user limit on Cloud pricing... Which would then entitle me to support.

This is *extremely* frustrating.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Do you have problems with Cloud license or Server license?

If Server, you can change the license through database. Here is a guide how to do it
