The text what I write in the comment field on the time spent screen is not visible in the issue history.
I have to add the time I spent with the issue resolution and then add a comment separately to make it visible for the reporter and in the ticket history. It is annoying because there is another comment field on the time spent screen so it would make sense to use that one instead of using the normal comment.
How can I make it visible as a normal comment on a ticket? Or is there any other solution for this issue?
The "Time Spent Comment" that you are talking about is actually a "Work Description" which has it's own tab, and not the Comments tab. So I guess you will just have to use the "Comment" one instead of the "Work Description" unless you write your own plugin to sync those.
