How can I add permanent project icons?

Roberto E. Zarruk October 13, 2016

Hello,

I work with different companies and every time I create a new project I have to upload the icon of the company, I haven't found the option to upload permanently or the path to upload to the linux console.

You won't, it's not a native function.

You can do it - there's directories with images and avatars in them in the installation, which you can drop files into (sorry, I can't remember the names or locations off the top of my head), and you can then amend a properties file which adds them into the list after you restart JIRA.  But this does count as "code change"

Oh, thanks for the info, I didn't know you had to amend the properties file, maybe I've already found it and I just need those permissions. Thanks.
