At the Service Desk customer portal default login screen, we can see (at right) "Dont have a login" message.
in the text below, it asks to contact JIRA adminstrators, but USERS DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CONTACT JIRA ADMINISTRATORS.
JIRA has the Contact Administrators Form = ON
JIRA has Contact Administrators MEssage = Customized
But service desk is not loading the same form as JIRA, so it has no link to contact admin form.
I would like to change this text to REQUEST AN ACCOUNT, and use the [issue collector|https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Using+the+Issue+Collector] to catch the account requests
