How can I add an outcome to my tests?

Hi. I would like to add an outcome to my tests in my current project. Right now there is just a Pass and Fail outcome, however I would like there to also be a 'Known Issue' outcome if possible?

Any help would be amazing thanks!

Keep it simple...here are the options:

1. You can use 'Known Issue' as a label > Search using jira queries -and/or- use a two diminutional filter in the dashboard.

2.What you're have requested earlier is actually a change in the workflow. You need to create a Transaction between two status.

What is a 'test outcome' in your JIRA? Is that a field provided by a add-on? Maybe a custom field? A status or a resolution?

There may be different approaches in different situations.

If this is provided by an add-on, that will really depend on the add-on. Maybe it has a configuration.

If you have custom field with option, you can edit it to add more options.

If this is a status or resolution, in both cases you can add more.

Also, if you're unsure, maybe a screenshot would help.
