How can I add a button on the issue screen for moving the issue to another project?

I need a button on the issue screen that moves the issue to another project.

How can it be possible to do?

I suppose that I have to use some post-function, but could't find any information.

JIRA already has that function in the issue actions (as long as your user has "move" permission)

If you need that on the main screen instead of in a menu, then all you really need to do is duplicate the link on the main view - should be possible with a web-fragment or possibly some javascript.
