How can I add SynapseRT fields to the Export option to JIRA

We have added the SynapseRT Add on to our JIRA license. 

WE would like to add the 'Word with Synapse Fields to the Export option under JIRA filter search. Currently, it lists only the generic ones shown in the screenshot.

Adding this will be very helpful when we export the Test Cases which have the custom Synapse fields.

Hi Rohit,

As SynapseRT fields are not JIRA 'custom field', so you cannot add them to JIRA search page.

To export Test Cases with SynapseRT fields, you can do it from Test Suite page, detailed steps please refer to online doc.
Note, currently we only support exporting Test Cases to a .csv file.
