How can I activate the JIRA System Administrators permission?

It is not listed in the Global Permissions page neither the group jira-system-administration. I need this permission to export my data.

You won't get System Admin permission in onDemand. But you can export data without it. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Exporting+issues

I don't have the option Import & Export > Backup manager.


I'm sorry, I didn't see the workaround.

Hi Luis,

Per Jobin's comment, both of those groups are specific Atlassian Staff only groups used to perform updates and maintenance on OnDemand instances Only the Administrator group permission is needed fo accessing the Backup manager in the Administrator section of Jira.
