How can I access the properties of user in custom user field using a smart value?

I want to access the properties of user in the custom user field (not Reporters, Assignees, ... kind of default user) using the smart value in Automation.

I can check user properties through REST API. 

https://<my space>.atlassian.net/rest/api/2/user/properties?accountId=<id>

But when I used a smart value like below:

{{issue.<custom user field>.properties}}

nothing came out...

But I can access properties of default users using a smart value:

{{issue.Reporter.properties}}.

How can I handle it? Is it possible now?
