How To Integrate Cloud Jira and Server Jira

Hello Everyone, 

We are in a situation where we need to track two project where One is on Cloud JIRA and second is on Server JIRA . They have dependencies with each other. What I am looking for 

1. How we can Integrate Cloud Jira and Server Jira.
2. How we can use Server Jira Dashboard to view Issues from Cloud Jira.
3. How we can Use filter to search issues from Server Jira On cloud Jira Instance.
