We wish to use JEMH on our servicedesk projects in order to overcome existing limitations / issues with the Service Desk Mail Handler.
However, irrespective of any configured setting/notification scheme, the SD mails still sends emails on issue creation etc..
Does anyone know how to disable SD from sending any notification mails at all?
