We use JIRA and QC between the dev and test teams and have recently setup the ALM Synchroniser but when pulling the available fields into the ALM Sync to view the bug schema in JIRA, the fields in teh Activity section of JIRA (All, Comments, Work Log, History, Activity) are not displayed.
Is there some setting in JIRA that allows these fields to be shown, exposed to ALM Sync?
JIRA is not the issue here, it's the ALM Sync not having code to be able to read the data from the issues.
I don't believe it has these functions (it definitely didn't last time I used it), but check the docs for the version you are using.
