How I can import csv files to this version of confluence?

I can`t find ability to import csv files on this free version.

Have ability in this version of confluence to import and integration with csv files?

Please, help me.

Confluence does not have a CSV importer (Confluence is for storing free format text based information, not structured fields you get in CSV)

If you mean Jira, then yes, it's got importers, but you need to be an admin to use them - system admin for the full importer, or a project admin for the project import (and one of them isn't available on Cloud if memory serves)
