How Do I change the Status of a ticket from Ready For Dev back to Groomed?

I recently created a new Scrum Board project and have had to move some tickets from older projects ( from other Teams) over to my board. 

In moving these older tickets to my board, their ticket status has been preserved ( in this case status = "Ready For Dev" , but since my team has not had a chance to fully vet the ticket, we would like to revert the status back to Groomed. Is this possible?

If your workflow has a transition from status "ready for dev" back to "groomed", then yes, you can do this.  If you have a batch of them, I'd use bulk edit to do it.
