Hot to change assignee via custom transition screen in workflow?

I am trying to create a transition screen that prompts the user to select a new assignee. I know I could just add the assignee field to the screen, but I want to be able to have different text that prompts them for the different transition screens.

Use different userpicker fields and copy themin the post-function to assignee
