This shouldn't be a problem. You can do it mostly yourself by going to my.atlassian.comand adding the client as both billing and technical contacts, then promoting those to lead contacts. From there you can raise a ticket at support.atlassian.comwithin our sales project or email email@example.com let the team know this transfer is taking place so we can update on this end and that should be all you need to do.
