History of Transition ID for Issue

I have two tranistions that are currently going to the same status. I need to know which tranistion was excuted. I have been looking around and am not sure this is stored in the database anywhere. There seems to be a table with steps, but those would be the same since they are from and going to the same statuses.

I'm afraid it does not track the transition.

There is probably another way to see it though - why have you got more than one transition from the old status into the new?  I assume there's a good reason for it, and that the data is probably going to reflect which transition was used.

After further research, transaction ID is stored in the OS_HISTORYSTEP as the ACTION_ID
