HipChat notification to show the issue details

I configured HIpChat with JIRA and added post function. The notification triggered but it appeared as below. I need the issue description to show up?

The post function should be configured after the issue is actually created within the transition for project Project Name (PN) so that this notification could show the issue key. Please contact your JIRA administrator to fix this.

Hi Moshin,

Basically you need to move the HipChat notify post-function down the list past the 'Creates the issue originally'. This is because when you add the HipChat notify post-function, it automatically creates it at the top of the order, and thus will fire a notification before anything has happened, hence the error.

To move it, simply hover over the HipChat notify post-function and click the down arrow. This will move it past the create issue function and will fire after the ticket has been created. See below:
