  • Hi, I am a new user of jiya, and trying the trial version. I am an admin, and I created a new work flow with repoen and resolved status. Now, the issue is after changing the defect status to resolved am not able to reopen it!!! am i missing some steps?

Hi, I am a new user of jiya, and trying the trial version. I am an admin, and I created a new work flow with repoen and resolved status. Now, the issue is after changing the defect status to resolved am not able to reopen it!!! am i missing some steps?

Without seeing your workflow it's hard to determine exactly what the issue is.  

Some things to check:

  1. Verify the new workflow is indeed active and associated w/ the proper issuetype and workflow scheme and project;
  2. Verify there is a transition from resolved to reopen;
  3. Check if a condition exist; make sure you meet that condition;
