Good morning to all.
We recently acquired 10 licenses of Jira cloud, to start managing some aspects of our projects with this platform.
It's the first time we've used Jira.
We are having many doubts regarding the configuration of permissions. Currently we can not assign users to specific projects without seeing ALL the projects that we have loaded.
Please, could someone help us in particular with:
1) How to assign specific permissions to a user so that ONLY he sees the projects to which he participates. ???
2) You could recommend us a guide for Jira's standard configuration. But one that is complete. We have read a lot of material but everything focuses on particularities.
From already thank you very much. Greetings.
Luke
@lukasI ran into something similar last week where Merchandising could see all IT projects. The issue came down to their project using the default permissions scheme. Within there, "all logged in users" was listed in Browse projects.
I would suggest making a new Permission Scheme, change "all logged in users" to at least Level 1 users, and then associate a project to the new permission scheme to test.
