Hi,
I have configured the setting on "Incomming Email" and it could create issues from my specified email. However, it could generate duplicated issues again and again although there are only 2 emails in my inbox. After creating the issues according to these 2 emails, it would not delete them and create duplicated issues again and again. At last, I have to delete these 2 emails in my inbox to stop it. What's the reason?
Has the account got the right privileges to delete the email from the mailbox? What does the log say?
