Hello. My Cloud site were deactivated and I don't go to the setting section. how get my server ID for evaluation license?

You don't

Evaluation licences are for Server systems, not Cloud.  If you need your Cloud site, log into my.Atlassian and get another trial, or pay for it to become a production system.
