A customer has a JIRA instance somewhere and did not provide us with a full system export. Instead it's an xml export created from the issue navigator screen. Export -> XML.

I can't figure out how to import the issues in this xml into our JIRA instance.

All help appreciated. Thx.

Hi there,

There is no way to do that. You can ask the customer to export as a XLS. Then convert the file to CSV and import it with External System Import.
