Has the Jira Cloud app in MS Teams changed to Atlassian Cloud?

We are trying to integrate the app into Teams.  Last month in our dev env we installed the Jira Cloud app in Teams and added it to Enterprise App for registration in MS Azure.  We are now trying to pilot in our prod env and the Jira Cloud app is no longer available in MS Azure but the Atlassian Cloud app is.  Is this the new app to use and how is there no documentation from Atlassian on this?  And if so, does it do the same thing that the Jira Cloud app does?
