Has anyone integrated JIRA with frontrange HEAT Service Management?

Our QA team is currently using JIRA as their primary tracking tool.  We would like to have the ability to integrate with the tracking system our Customer Service Team uses and be able to get certain identified items in HEAT also moved/copied/visible in JIRA.  Is there a method/process or plugin similar to the JIRAtoTFS plugin that anyone has used?
