Hi i wanted to ask if any other companies or Large enterprises have come up with Guidline usage of how to use jira within your company.
Not talking about the atlassian documentation but Internal documentation you may have created to keep rules within your company.
Just wanted some direction or help with this
There are no hard and fast rules for administering JIRA when it comes to enterprises. While there are best practices, the organization of JIRA projects, issue types, workflows etc depend mostly on your process and your orgnaizational structure.
It might be worth getting help from one of the experts to get it right the first time.
Yes from an admin point of you, in our organisation we allow users to use Jira for various projects, for the agile side, normal task management. I was wondering if any other companies have come up with a way to creat some sort company wide guidance on rules and regulations.
im not looking for guides to educating users on how to use the tool

Do you mean how to use JIRA from an end-user or admin-user point of view? It is an interesting question when it comes to the second one.
